The Annapolis Detachment of the Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(1). The Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a firm fixed price contract for (2) two Cutler Hammer/Westinghouse ABQ-A1602 Circuit Breaker units which are registered on the Navy's Qualified Products List. The FAR cite supporting Other than Full and Open Competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
