Each lock system must contain one (1/LO) controller/encoder, 375 keyless locks, one (1/LO) magnetic strip cards (the lot shall contain 2,500 such cards), two (2) printers and one (1) installation jig. Installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting manuals are required for each keyless lock system. In addition training must be provided for each individual keyless lock system. One (1) keyless lock system shall be delivered FOB Destination to San Diego, CA, Bremerton, WA, and Alameda, CA. The Navy is currently utilizing keyless lock systems that are manufactured by Ilco Unican Corporation. In an effort to keep the keyless lock systems standardized and to support cross deck issues, Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to award a contract for this requirement on a sole source basis to Ilco Unican Corporation.
