D -- PROCUREMENT OF SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR ISICAD AND REMEDY LICENSED PRODUCTS SOL ATD-124-TA-95/0704 POC Contact Tom Antoniel, (205)544-5087 CSC intends to negotiate only with ISICAD Corporation (ISICAD); the OEM, or an authorized reseller of the OEM's products, for a soft- ware maintenace subcontract containing one (1) base year and five (5) one year options covering ISICAD's CNM V.2.0 and Remedy Corporation's (Remedy) ARS V.2.0 licensed products. Said agreement shall include maintenance upgrades, feature upgrades, and new releases covering licenses, media, and documentation. In addition, the agreement shall provide for a Hotline Technical Support coverage providing a 1-800 access five (5) days per week covering product installation, maint- enance, execution, and problem isolation. On-site support may be required as needed. Interested persons have 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/ capabilities (i.e., resume, brochures, and price list with proposed discounts) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/ capabilities/and pricing (with discounts) will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
