BEASLEY tel: 806/885-3002/LARRY J HAGAN (806) 885-3441 Provide non-personal services to perform Base Fuels Operation including Accounting and Administration, Mobile Distribution, Quality Control and Inspection, Laboratory Testing, Bulk Storage, and Cryogenics. A request for proposal will be issued on or about 16 Jun 95 and will require submission of separate technical and pricing proposals by 17 Jul 95. Technical proposals must include, as a minimum, Acknowledgment and Understanding of Contract Requirements, Manpower/Experience, Quality Control Plan, Safety Plan, Environmental Plan, and Phase-In/Phase-out Plan. The proposed firm-fixed price contract will be for a base period with four one year options. Performance start date will be on or about 1 Oct 95. The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act with primary performance at Reese AFB, which is approximately 10 miles West of Lubbock, TX. The availability of solicitation packages is limited and will be furnished until the supply is exhausted on a first received, first served basis.
