Department of Education is soliciting proposals for an indefinite quantity-type contract to assist the Postsecondary Education Division in conducting or preparing, often on very short notice, special analyses, issue briefs, decision memoranda, syntheses of research, surveys analyses of data bases modeling, policy and background papers. Task work shall relate to program issues in postsecondary education, with an emphasis upon postsecondary institutions. Technical support may be required on an as-needed basis where brief work requests would be issued and work performed under tight deadlines. RFP-95-022 will be issued on or about June 8, 1995 and will close on July 10, 1995. Requests for copies may be made by telephone, mail, telegram, or in person.
