Properties appraised may be developed and/or undeveloped parcels with various Highest and Best Uses; Property rights appraised may be fee simple or less; and market rent estimates may be required for leased administrative sites and improvements. One or more fixed price contract will be negotiated in each of the following: Northern, Central and Southern California. Term of contract will be one year with two one-year renewal options. Individual work orders will be issued and each work order negotiated as an individual project. Selection criteria: 1.
