S -- PROVIDE RENTAL OF MENS AND WOMEN'S CLOTHING ITEMS AND FLOOR MATS, AND CLEANING OF GOVERNMENT OWNED LINEN FOR DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY STORES LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST REGION SOL DECA01-95-B-0022 due 070695. Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide rental, cleaning, pickup and delivery of linens and floor mats, and cleaning of Government-owned linen for Defense Commissary Agency Stores located within the DeCA Northwest Region in accordance with the Government's Statement of Work (SOW). Rental of Mens and Womens: Navy Blue, light blue, and green coats; blue, green, and white bib aprons; blue button up smocks; white frocks; and white butcher pants. All items of apparel listed above are to be utilized in a grocery store environment. The contractor shall be required to provide each of the items identified above in a variety of mens and womens sizes. The contractor will also provide cleaning services for some Government-owned coats and related linens. The contractor shall be required to pick up from each of the commissary stores a minimum of once each week, all soiled clothing and floor mats, and provide replacements within one working day of pickup. States which are to be covered by this requirement are: Washington, Montana, and Idaho. Base period of performance is on or about 1 October 1995 (or date of contract award) through 30 September 1996 and includes one option year period. This procurement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7213 and the Business Size Standard is 10.5 million.
