S -- SOLVENT RECYCLE/PARTS CLEANING EQUIPMENT SOL DABT39-95-B-0090 DUE 070595 POC Contract Specialist RAY DRYZ (405) 442-5053 (Site Code W804A6) Furnish and service, for the contract period of 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96, 10 gallon, 20 gallon, 30 gallon and 35 gallon size circulating parts cleaning machines located at approximately 34 maintenance shops on Ft. Sill, OK. The total number of machines is approvimately 75. Contractor shall provide machines that conform to Underwriters Laboratories Standards and Factory Mutual Standards. The Contractor shall provide new or recycled hydrocaron base (Type II Stoddard) solvent and drain and recycle the solvent at 8 week service intervals. He shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits, preparing all minifests and documentation, and for complying with any applicable Federal, state and municipal laws, codes and regulations in connection with the performance of the work. The Contractor shall have an EPA identification number, a Department fo Transportation ID Number, and a valid state permit number for transporting hazardous waste. In addition to workman's compensation and liabilty insurance, Contractor shall possess environmental impairment liability insurance. The solicitation is unrestricted in regard to business size. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7389 which has a small business size standard of $5 million. A fixed price contract is contemplated. A $15.00 non-refundable check or postal money order, payable to the U.S. Treasury, must accompany each request for a solicitation package.
