Includes all labor, management and facilities to provide lodging, breakfast and supper meals, and transportation for Armed Services applicants being processed by Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) at Fort Jackson, SC for the period 01 October 1995 thru 30 September 1996 with one option period. Lodging must be within a ten mile radius of the MEPS facility and meals served within 300 feet of lodging facility. Estimated quantities: 15,800 breakfast meals, 15,800 supper meals, double and single lodgings for 15,800. Lodging is normally required Sunday through Thursday and approximately 13 Fridays, 56 applicants per night, maximum of 150. Meeting room for 50 required Sunday through Thursday, 5:00-11:00 pm, including 13 Fridays. Includes transportation to and from lodging facility and MEPS facility and from commercial bus terminal to lodging facility. Approximate date of release is 12 Jul 95. This is an unrestricted procurement, all responsible sources are invited to submit offers.
