Kay, Contracting Officer Rental and servicing of portable toilets under a requirements-type contract at various locations on the island of Oahu. Estimated quantity of 160 portable toilets ranging from daily through yearly rental requirements. Response time to place units for short and long term rental must be within forty-eight (48) hours and servicing as specified from one (1) to three (3) times weekly. The contract performance is for the period of 1 October 1995 through 31 July 1996 with one 12-month option period. Contractor shall be thoroughly familiar with and comply to health and sanitation standards of the State of Hawaii to include the sewer discharge ordinance involved in the performance of the contract. Contractor shall be responsible for all acts of its personnel when on government installations. The Government intends to include the option clause FAR 52.217-8 in the solicitation.
