Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary to remove and replace single ply PVC North roof & insulation with new fully adhered single ply & insulation. Fasten insulation to existing concrete deck as required. Install new flshing at drains curbs, pipe penetrations and roof edges at building perimeter. Raise and reset existing counterflashing and install new termination bar. Install sealant as required throughout. Provide a saddle at south wall of penthouse to prevent ponding water. Provide a new roof walkway to match existing walkway configuration. The completion time for this project is ninety nine (99) calendar days from receipt of notice to to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542 with an average gross revenue of $17 million for the last three (3) years. Funds are not available for the project at this time. The proposed contract is being solicited on a total Small Business Set-Aside basis. Bids are solicited only from small business concerns.
