Correction: The action originally publicized in the CBD, dated 5/10/95, is changed to read as follows: The work consists of replacing all the kitchen cabinets, flooring, and painting all the kitchens in 190 family housing units. Also provide new range hoods, dishwashers, sinks, faucets, and electrical in these units. The magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1522. Performance time is 360 days. A tentative issue date of 05 June 1995 is established to make documents available. All requests shall indicate business status as Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), etc. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible, but no later than 05 June 1995. This notification shall include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, and evidence of capacity to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete informaton concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
