Offerors must have a minimum of five years experience as a general contractor and primarily engaged in this line of work, and who, in addition shall have satisfactorily completed at least three prior projects comparable in size and scope to the work required by this solicitation. The estimated price range is between $85,000.00 and $115,000.00 with completion required within 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
