Scope of work includes removal of asbestos containing materials, repair, and reinsulation of mechanical components and pipes with non-asbestos materials, and other appurtenant work at CDC facilities located in Atlanta, Chamblee, Tucker, and Lawrenceville, Georgia. The proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract for one base year with a not to exceed one option year. Successful contractor must have a record of not less than three years successful experience in asbestos removal and related work similar in scope and magnitude to this Project. The estimated cost range of this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation (IFB) 95-151 will be available on or about July 6, 1995, for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per bid set.
