Work includes but is not limited to completely prepare site for building operations. This work will include demolition, electric, mechanical, plumbing, utilities, sprinkler, nurse's call, communications, fire alarms, equipment, new partitions, ceilings, floors and interior finishes. All work shall be in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. A refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required for each set of documents. Requests accepted in writing only with check made payable to: Department of Veterans Affairs. Bidding documents will be available O/A 6/22/95, on a first come first serve basis, unitl supply is exhausted. Cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. SIC 1542 applies.
