The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Sanding and patching rough spots and washing down walls to remove chalk. Prime walls and install wall covering in the interior hallways, (2) foyers, (2) lounges, and (2) stairwells. Painting with texture paint on ceilings in (5) double suites and (2) single suites and install wall covering on walls. Replacement of face plates for electrical outlets and switches at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Solicitation will be available on or about 13 June 95.
