The contractor shall provide: controllers, battery kits, terminal interface devices, terminals, printers, cardkey communicators, dial in modem, GD with SSI software, readers, plates, belden cables and installation services. The requested upgrade services are required by Atlantic Fleet Headquarters Support Activity, Norfolk Virginia. Services are to commence upon contract award and be completed within a forty-five (45) days period. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
