The Smithsonian Institution intends to award an Indefinite-Quantity contract to a responsible offeror for employee service awards. Awards will be for various service levels and consist of dangle/charm and tie tac/lapel pins for the Office of Human Resources in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Interested parties will also have the option to propose in addition to the dangle/charm and tie tac/lapel pins an alternative line of giftware for employee service awards. It is the intent of the Smithsonian Institution to request an annualized estimated 500 total employee service awards during each of the first contract year and first optional renewal period.
