COLBERT (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Grounds Maintenance for approximately three (3) locations on Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, and materials necessary to produce maximum color by season. Work includes, but is not limited to, mowing, providing necessary plants/shrubbery, and maintenance. The SIC code in 0782/$5.0 million. Contract period is for a base year with two option periods. Offerors shall submit technical proposals in the form of a landscape plan which outlines the species, variety, and color of plants/shrubbery to be utilized. Maintenance and mowing schedule for each season shall also be submitted. The Two-Step Sealed Bidding Procedures will be utilized for this requirement. Step one will consist of submitting technical proposals, as specified above, with NO pricing involved. Information/ideas favorable to the Government may be extracted from one or all of the technical proposals to compose a favorable landscape plan suitable to the Government. Step two will be issued to those offerors determined to be technically acceptable under step one. Pricing will be solicited under step two.
