The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management required for custodial services for various Naval Hospital Facilities. Custodial Services shall consist of floor cleaning, damp mopping, spray buffing, stripping and rewaxing/sealing, carpet vacuuming and rugs, carpet shampooing and rugs, restroom cleaning, restroom servicing and various other janitorial functions. The contract is a combination firm-fixed price and Indefinite Quantity. The contract term will be for a base and four option periods of up to 12 months each with prices established at award. The Government has the unilateral right to exercise options, but award of options in not guaranteed. The duration of the contract including the exercise of options shall not exceed 60 months.
