Any responsible sources who can furnish the requirement should respond in writing and provide literature containing sufficient information for evaluation purposes. Responses must be received by this office within 45 calendar days of publication of this notice. No solicitation document exists and requests for such document will not be considered as an affirmative response. Telephone responses will not be accepted. All written responses with the applicable documentation mentioned above will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a competitive solicitation will be issued. If a competitive solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to American Hospital Assoication and all responsible sources that respond to this synopsis of intent. If no affirmative written responses to this notice are received, a contract may be awarded to the referenced vendor without further notice. See Numbered Note 22.(0142)
