The training is required to train four maintenance personnel and one instructor on intermediate level maintenance, analysis, and troubleshooting of the ASHS. Maintenance will include disassembly/reassembly, cleaning, and inspection of line replaceable units such as conveyors, loaders/downloaders, transfer units, hydraulic drive sussystems, and magazine assemblies. Western Design Corporation of Irvine CA is the designer and developer of the 25MM ASHS for the AC-13OU Gunship. Western Design Corporation is the only known source with the required engineering, technical data, expertise, and training capability to satisfy this requirement.
