As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity of 16, known quantity of 41, and a maximum quantity of 57. In addition, this requirement will have range option quantities for FY 96 of 10-18, 19-27 and 28-36 each. FY 97 option quantities range from 6-10, 11-16 and 17-22 each. This solicitation is subject to the MICOM Spares Blue Ribbon Contracting Program. See sections A, K, L and M of the solicitation.
