Carey (202)233-3415 Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to procure on a sole source basis from UNISYS, for the continued support of the Automated Radar Terminal System (ARTS) IIA and IIIA equipment. The continued support includes the refurbishment of hardware, purchase of related and associated ARTS equipment, hardware/software engineering services, provisioning and overall general support in order to sustain the existing ARTS equipment located at operational FAA sites.
