Casswell tel: (410) 965-9490 The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a competitive requirement for the continued maintenance of the Northern Telecom SL-l telephone system at the Western Program Service Center (WEPSC) in the Richmond, California. SSA requires the upgrade of the SL-1 and Meridian Mail system to the latest software release of hardware and software, including ACD software upgrade without telephone set replacement. SSA also requires onsite maintenance support through an onsite telecommunications technician for the principle period of maintenance. The contract will provide training, telephone relocations including cabling and the acquisition and installation of additional telephone equipment and accessories. To be acceptable, offerors must have access to associated equipment, accessories and spare parts, be able to provide onsite technicians who are fully trained and knowledgeable of each system component.
