System shall include the personal computer workstation and software to run testing, digital controller, and a load unit control panel. The system shall be able to interface with the MTS252.2X or .5X two stage Hydraulic Servovalves, Hydraulic Service Manifolds, Hydraulic Power Supplies, Linear Variable Differential Transformers and Load Cells. System shall also be able to interface with government Intel 486-based, ISA bus computer operating with OS/2 WARP. Equal systems shall meet or exceed the minimum salient, physical and functional characteristics of the Brand Name set forth in the solicitation.
