A/E firm shall provide Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Civil Services for the project. The Design Program consists of analyzing the Ambulatory Care Area and preparing the VA space program based on workload. Estimates for proposed construction are required. Optional contract award for Preliminary Plans and Construction Documents following approval of design phases. Emphasis will be placed on previous hospital experience, retail and food service experience, estimating capabilities of the team, and the ability to meet the timeframe requirements. The offices of the firm doing work shall be within a 100 mile radius of Fargo, ND. Standard Form 254 and 255 only from firms responding by the close of business 6-23-95 will be considered. This is a 100% Emerging Small Business set aside.
