The required 3-D CADD files are required to be developed in a compressed time schedule (No Later Than 1 August 1995). The Little Rock District, Corps of Engineers plans to award a sole source contract to International Aerial Mapping Co., based on their performance of the aerotriangulation and model setup for the area of interest under a previous contract.
