VARIOUS PROJECTS AT THE OKLAHOMA AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, OKLAHOMA
CITY, OKLAHOMA Sol. DAHA34-95-R-0006. Due 063095. POC: Contracting

Peter Shanahan (405) 686-5310. Work consists of production of designs,
plans, drawings, estimates and specifications as required to execute
construction projects. Work also includes fact finding studies,
surveys, investigations in support of design activities and
construction management when required. In-house AutoCad or a system
that may be translated into AutoCad version 12 is required and
specifications must be on a PC compatibile computer word processing
program that may be tanslated into Word Perfect 5.1. The performance
period of the contract will be for one (1) year. The proposed contract
includes a one (1) year Goverment option for the same basic
professioial skills. The total A-E fee that may be paid under this
contract will not exceed $200,000.00 with individual delivery orders
NTE $75,000.00. A minimum fee of $5,000.00 will be guaranteed againast
this contract. Estimated start date is July 1995. Interested
Architect-Engineer firms are invited to submit completed Standard Forms
254 and 255 to the office shown above by 4:00 P.M., CST 30 June 1995,
to be considered. Significant evaluation criteria and the relative
order of importance to the Government are as follows: (1) Professional
qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required
services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the
type of work required on military installations and commercial airports
for this project; (3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time;
(4) Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private
industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with
performance schedules; (5) Location in the general geographical area of
the project and knwowledge of the locality of the project, provided
that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of
qualified firms, given the nature and size of the project; (6) The
volume of work previously awarded the firm by the Department of Defense
shall also be considered. Telegraphic and facsimile SF 254's & 255's
will not be accepted. See Note 24. This is not a Request for Proposal.
