Qualified contractor to provide specialized medical services in Orthopedic treatment to the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson, Arizona. The contractor will also provide an Orthopedic Surgeon for inmates housed at the institution on referral only from the Clinical Director (CD) for Health Services at FCI Tucson, Arizona. Services in include examination/evaluation, diagnosis, surgical correction/repair of orthopedic conditions and pre/post operative care and treatment. The contractor will perform all inmate surgery in either his/her office or a local civilian hospital. There is no set performance schedule. This service is provided on a as needed basis.
