The services will require physicians and supporting staff for both the Emergency Room and the Primary Care CLinic at the Naval Hospital. It is anticipated the base period of performance will be 01 January 1996 through 30 September 1996 with four (4) one year options. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate in this acquisition and to submit proposals which will be considered by the FISC Detachment Philadelphia.
