Herting, 202/326-4160 X-3320 The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) plans to increase the contractor hours to acquire professional services for Project Management, Development and Programming of a Customer Service Center and Support Systems. Prior knowledge of PBGC's Participant Operations and Customer Service Environment are required to fully support the design and develpment of the Customer Service application. This is a continuation of work already being undertaken by our present contractor Coopers & Lybrand. The provider has capabilities and knowledge gained from experience with the existing Customer Service Application. It is PBGC's belief that in view of the provider's familiarity with PBGC's Participant Service designed requirements, the provider is uniquely qualified to perform the duties of the contract without an undue amount of assistance from the PBGC.
