The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) anticipates award of a professional services contract for the development and performance of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all BLM employees and their eligible dependents within the State of Utah. Period of contract is anticipated to be from date of award through September 30, 1996, and if renewed yearly, through September 30, 2000. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform these services. This requirement is unrestricted, large and small businesses may participate.
