The building will be constructed of precast concrete block interior.The structure is one floor with a gross areas of approximately 6,800 square feet. The period of performance shall bea 365 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation is available at no cost; blueprints, if desired,must be specifically requested along with payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per set; the fee must beprovided in advance by check or money order payable to DHHS/NIH. Blueprint requests, which are properlyidentified and include the required payment, shall be mailed via firstclass U.S. mail service within two working daysfrom receipt by NIEHS of the required fee.
