Construct a structural steel building with fire walls dividing three operating bays. Overall building dimensions are 52 feet wide by 115 feet long by 28 feet high. End bays are designed to accomodate a bridge crane and Bay 1 has a hydraulic lift that recesses to 15 feet. Lift platform is 6 feet diameter and has a 6,000 pound capacity. Each bay will have deluge protection. Building will have general service electricals, except for zones around equipment. All bays are heated and cooled with one bay being humidity controlled to 50 grains. Facility will be outfitted with hydraulic power units and a solvent recovery system. Adjacent to this building a tool storage building, 50 feet x 150 feet x 20 feet, with general service electricals, and heat will be constructed.
