Services are required for the construction of an Addition to a Composite Squadron Operations Facility located at the 180th Fighter Group, Swanton, Ohio. Work involves a 6,800 SF addition to an existing 17,000 SF facility. The project includes office, conference and administrative spaces, a briefing auditorium and associated storage, a women's bathroom and locker room, and a physical conditioning room. Services will inclce, but not be limted to: (1) general, structural and site demolition to include asphalt road and concrete sidewalks; (2) new construction of walls, doors, windows, roofing system, interior finishes and case work; and (3) all structural, electrical power, lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, communication, security, fire detection/alarm systems and associated site work. This solicitation is a Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. There will be a seventy ($70.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the solicitation package.
