Pre-Solicitation, Project YTPM 95-0035, Repair Interior Lighting Basewide. The project consists of bringing up to Federal Energy Lighting Standard. The work involves the removal, replacement, delamping, retrofitting, disposal of light fixtures and all related components in accordance with the project documents. Work consists of installing fluorescent, tungsten-halogen, metal halide, high and low pressure sodium bulbs/luminaries with specular reflectors and paracube lenses. Installation of electronic ballasts in place of magnetic ones, tandem wiring of fixtures & occupancy sensors providing dual level switching and/pr dimming, daylighting controls/sensors, rewiring/reworking electronic circuits to accommodate above work. Disposal of all old components/fixtures in accordance with all applicable laws. One job, Project YTPM 95-0035. Bid issue on or about 12 July 1995. Bid opening on or about 18 August 1995. Performance period will be 280 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
