Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of an approximate 1800 SF addition to the existing Dental Clinic. Architecturally, the addition shall match existing, including exposed aggregate pre-cast concrete panels, terne metal soffits, single ply membrane roofing, and slab on grade construction. Also included are installation of Government furnished materials, including cabinetry, carpet and vinyl wall coverings, and an additive item of a new fire alarm system. The estimated value of the work is between $250,000 and $500,000 thousand. Government furnished materials are included. The contract performance period shall be 150 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1542. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 12 June 1995. This procurement is being considered for 100% Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. Interested SDB concerns should contact the Fairchild AFB Contracting Office as soon as possible, but no later than 7 June 1995. Interested parties must include a positive statement of eligibility as an SDB concern, evidence of capacity to obtain bonds for a project of this magnitude, and information that demonstrates a capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude.
