The project consists of furnishing manpower, materials, and equipment necessary to A: Remove existing single-ply roof system and roof components to the existing concrete deck. Install new tapered roof insulation and a new four-ply graveled coal tar built-up roof system, including metal flashing. Estimated roof area is approximately 160,000 square feet. B: Electrical work consists of providing conduit and wiring system to the building for high bay area lighting and power and for HVAC rooftop units RTU-2 AND RTU-3. Existing light fixtures are re-used. Existing pendants supporting light fixtures are removed with fixtures. Electrical work must be accomplished prior to commencing roofing work.
