Convert a portion of an existing multi-purpose room into a studio. Work shall include carpet, painting, partitions,doors and electrical work. An existing soundproof booth shall be converted into a control booth. Partitions shall be of sound-reducing construction. A new exterior entrance vestibule into the studio is a part of the project. Exterior work involves sidewalks and accompanying seeding and sowing. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small business size, SIC 1542, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. This project is subject to the availability of funds.
