Z -- SLUDGE REMOVAL AND TRANSPORTATION AT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT SOL DAKF23-95-B-0033 DUE 070595 POC Contract Specialist Debbie Rapp (502) 798-7826 (Site Code DAKF23) Remove (clean) dried digested sludge from six (6) sand drying beds located at Building 7635 Fort Campbell Wastewater Treatment Plant and prepare the drying beds for drawing more liquid sludge for drying. Solids removed from the beds and already stockpiled at the plant shall be transported to Fort Campbell's Woodlawn Road Landfill to be used in vegetative cover. The period of performance is 30 calendar days. Forthcoming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1623, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
