The general intention of this contract is to provide and secure repair of roofs, the complete installation of new roof systems to existing structures at various locations, and any necessary preparatory work as required to make structures complete and ready for use. The contractor shall furnish all project management, planning and estimating, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements of this specification. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no fixed contract price. The minimum guarantee will be $150,000.00. Do not call for additional technical information.
