The work includes demolition of partitions in areas on all floors and the construction of new partitions, flooring, and ceilings. Throughout the building there will be installed a new sprinkler system and new mechanical, plumbing and electrical items of work. A new vehicular sally port and a prisoner elevator with related vestibules, corridor and holding cell will be provided as part of the work. Estimated cost range: $5,000,000 to 10,000,000. Completion time is 540 calendar days. Plans and specifications are available approx. 6/28/95.
