Basile, Contracting Officer Provide a mobile firing range which includes the following equipment: (1) standard over-the-road trailer (approximately 48' W X 8.5' L X 13.5' H) (est. total weight 34,000 LBS, total cubic feet 5,508 FT); (2) shooting stalls, 3 EA, (communications system, side barricades, adjustable barricade for left/right-hand shooters, defined areas, local shooter controls, firing line security, talk back communications to range master); (3) full lighting system; (4) full 360-degree ballistics security for handguns, shotguns, and rimfire rifles; (5) air conditioning; (6) electric target placement/retrieval system; (7) group and individual communications system; (8) sound/energy-efficient heat insulation in sides/top/bottom of trailer; (9) master control console for target operation, audio system and lighting system; (10) minimum 35', 220 volt power extension cord (no generator required); (11) environmental rubber trap (Caswell granular bullet trap OR EQUAL); (12) high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter with one replacement filter; (13) built-in vacuum cleaner system including all necessary hoses and attachments for lead clean up. Vacuum system to be centrally located under trailer on either side; (14) delivery within 3 days after arrival in Hawaii; (15) training provided by contractor within 7 days after delivery to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, 01 EA unit. Delivery FOB Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 120 days after date of contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
