66 -- LENS GENERATING SYSTEM SOL DAMD17-95-R-5035 DUE 071495 POC Contract Specialist, Joan Wilson, (301)-619-2387 The Government requires twelve (12) each lens surfacing generator systems to include a vacuum support. Additionally, the following generator system components are required: seventy-two (72) bench surface machines; forty- eight (48) each edgers; twelve (12) each digital sagometers; twenty-four (24) each lensometers; twelve (12) each opti-view/accubloc surface markers; and twelve (12) each plastic lapsets. The lens surfacing generator shall povide the capability to dry cut polycarbonate or plastic lenses or hi index lenses which shall be generated interchangeably with the same custom designed cutter. Delivery to the Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA within 180 calendar days after date of contract award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. (0144)
