The Government intends on purchasing Lease and Support of the IBM operating system software for the installed IBM and IBM compatible central processors for the period 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96 from IBM's GSA Schedule. Interested sources may submit pricing and technical data. All responses received from responsible sources on or before 15 days from this publication will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
