70 -- ONE-TIME UPGRADE OF PLATINUM TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE SOL DCA200-95-R-0100 DUE 071295 POC Contact, THERESA ELLIOTT, 618-256-9296 Synopsis number 95139. Due to the proprietary nature of the software, the Defense Information Technology Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source contract to the Platinum Technology, 1815 South Meyers Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. This contract will include a one-time CPU upgrade fee and transfer fee to be located in Chambersburg, PA. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal to this office no later than 11 Jun 95. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
