ES-781-60 (SPSA); 1 each LASAR Software Models, Teradyne Inc. P/N
ES-517-60 (License); and 1 year Software Support, Teradyne Inc. P/N
ES-517-60 (SPSA). Delivery required 60 days after date of contract. The
Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3812. These items are
only known to be available from Teradyne Inc., Irvine, CA, because the
items are proprietary and must be compatible with existing equipment.
These items will be used to maintain and modify the Automatic Test
Equipment program sets for the Planned View Display (PVD) circuit card
assemblies used in support of the National Airspace System (NAS). The
Government does not have the technical data, plans, drawings, or
specifications required for full and open competition. Other concerns
having the ability to furnish the above items are required to provide
written notification (including the name and telephone number of a
point of contact) to the procuring office listed in this notice, with
reference made to market survey file #36-003 within 45 calendar days
from the date of this publication. Written responses must provide
information regarding the ability of your concern to satisfy the
Government's requirement. All responsens to this market survey will be
considered prior to further acquisition action by the Government. Any
information received as a result of this announcement will not be
provided to other contractors and will normally be considered solely
for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
procurement. The final determination by the Government not to open this
requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is
