The requirement consists of 309 renewals (82 Volumes - Guide to FLRA LAW & Practice, 8th Edition, 1979 - 1995; 115 Subscriptions - Guide to MSPD, 12th Edition, 1979 - 1995; 112 Subscriptions - Guide to Federal Sector EEO, 8th Edition, 1979 - 1995). The solicitation will be issued approximately 21 July 1995. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The ONLY purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposed development phase of this acquisition.
