The evaluation factors is amended to include: 1. location of all offices within 400 miles of site. 2. a) Staff: Environmental Engineer, Chemist, Geologist, Hygienist with at least 2 years of specialized technical experience in Environmental Baseline Surveys; b) Firm: with at least 2 years of specialized technical experience in Environmental Baseline Surveys. 3. In-house technical staff-environmental Engineer, Geologist, hygienist, Chemical Engineer. 4. Past performance on government contracts, time, within budget and cost control. 5.
